Rise & shine my beautiful spirit!

In this podcast we take on a morning message to smile. You will begin with a few affirmations followed by a body sensing scan. Body scanning is a meditation technique to bring awareness of how the body is feeling. You are able to identify aches, tensions or pain in specific areas in your body. Today we begin with a smile.
